She is a 4 year old little girl named Kenedie (pronounced Kenedy) she lives in Canada and has been on TV many times, She is holding her mothers hand in some of the photos. I trully hope her parents are not making money telling lies about her age, and I doubt they are, since they seem so caring on TV

She's a primordial dwarf, one of the rarest forms of dwarfism. There are specials on these kids on Discovery Health all the time.

she has primordial dwarfism...its a real condition...most primordials die in their twenties of brain aneurisms. She's real...they all are...they are the smallest humans and are completely proportional. Characteristics include: her face shape, inability to grow which is not fixed by growth hormones, and a squeeky high voice, among others.

I'd say from the person holding the bottle in front of her in one photo, the way she looks at the camera on the escalator, she's def. a kid. but she's still impressive in her size and she looks like a great kid.
Looks like a kid to me. Can't she stand or walk without support? I Googled "smallest woman in the world" and got more legitimate photos. Tha's how I surfed onto this site.
