Lee was born in San Francisco to parents of Hong Kong heritage but was raised in Hong Kong until his late teens. Lee immigrated to the United States at the age of 18 to claim his U.S. citizenship and receive his higher edification. It was during this time that he began coaching martial arts, which soon led to film and television roles.
Bruce Lee was a Chinese American Hong Kong actor, philosopher, film director ,martial arts instructor, screenwriter, film producer, and founder of the Jeet Kune Do martial arts movement. He is extensively considered by many commentator, critics, media and other martial artists to be the most influential martial artist of the 20th century, and a cultural icon.
On 10 May 1973, Lee collapsed in accidentally at Golden Harvest studios while doing dubbing work for the movie Enter the Dragon. Suffering from seizure and headaches, he was immediately rushed to Hong Kong Baptist Hospital where doctors diagnosed cerebral edema.
20 July 1973m,Around 7:30 pm, he went to have a nap. Lee did not have his dinner, Chow came to the apartment but Lee din wake up. A doctor was called, he tried hard to revive him before sending him to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Lee was dead on the way to the hospital.
